Problem

I'm having issues running Visere Captura with my Canon camera.  How do I troubleshoot and determine if this is a camera issue or a Visere Captura issue?

Test with Canon's EOS Utility

Test your camera using the Canon EOS Utility.

Solution

Here are some things to consider when troubleshooting Canon camera connections:

  1. If the Visere Captura software does not behave the way you expect, you should test your camera using the Canon EOS Utility

    Select your camera and operating system and then download the software for your camera.  After the download, please test your camera's capture capabilities using the Canon software. If the results from the Canon utility differ from the Visere Captura output, please contact our support team and let us know.  We will do our best to resolve any discrepancies.
