How do I access Visere Captura's settings files?

Mac Settings Files

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open a Finder window and click "Go" then "Go to Folder...":
  2. Enter "~/Library" and then navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/DMMD/VisereCaptura.
  3. For troubleshooting purposes, by our support team, we recommend that you compress/zip these files.  Right lick on them and select "Compress" and send the compressed files to our support team.

Windows Settings Files

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Explorer and go to:

    C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\DMMD\VisereCaptura

  2. Note that on some machines, the Users directory my be on a non-C drive.  The folder AppData may also be hidden.
