Mac Settings Files
Please follow these steps:
- Open a Finder window and click "Go" then "Go to Folder...":
- Enter "~/Library" and then navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/DMMD/VisereCaptura.
- For troubleshooting purposes, by our support team, we recommend that you compress/zip these files. Right lick on them and select "Compress" and send the compressed files to our support team.
Windows Settings Files
Please follow these steps:
- Open Windows Explorer and go to:
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\DMMD\VisereCaptura - Note that on some machines, the Users directory my be on a non-C drive. The folder AppData may also be hidden.
