Step-by-step guide

The steps for shooting with a mobile device are as follows:

  1. Download the appropriate mobile application
    1. iOS: https://apps.apple.com/id/app/shutterstreammobile/id1347087962
    2. Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pictomic.viserecaptura&hl=en
  2. Install Visere Captura and make sure the libMobileCamera plugin is enabled.  Go to Gearbox→About→Enable/Disable Plug-ins
  3. Make sure no other cameras are connected.  Then search for cameras, from the gearbox.

  4. Start the mobile application and enter the IP given by the mobile application (shown below) into the Visere Captura Mobile connection dialog (shown above).

(Note: the iPhone screenshot references the ShutterStream software.  In the future we will release an updated version for Pictomic.)
  5. Once the connection is established, the mobile application will show the established connection
  6. Enable the Live View and Control Camera in Visere Captura and you should see something similar to what's shown below.  Your mobile device now acts as a camera.
