Transferring a License
n addition to non-concurrent licenses, you can also transfer a license. No additional documents are required. Simply send an email to our support team to request a license transfer at any time. To transfer a license from one computer to another, follow these steps:
- Install the same version of Visere Captura on the destination computer as you had on the source computer. Installing a newer version may prevent the transfer. You cannot install a version built after your license expiration date.
- On the destination computer, start Visere Captura and initiate a new license registration.
- Email our support team to request the license transfer.
The support team will issue a new license for the destination computer and disable the license on the source computer. Please note: Once the license is disabled on the source computer, it cannot be moved back. If you anticipate needing the license on the source computer again, consider purchasing a second license or requesting a non-concurrent license.
