- Regardless of how you request the Tutum license file (called tutum.lic) our team will be responding to you, within 72 hours, with a Tutum license file. The license file will be coming from the email address support@dmmd.net.
- Once you receive the license file, via email, save the license file to your local computer.
Warning title License File Filtered to Junk Folder Please note that the license file, tutum.lic, will be sent from support@dmmd.net. We've had many circumstances where the email with the license file has been filtered to the junk folder. If you haven't seen the email from us, within 72 hours, please check your junk folder or contact support@pictomic.com.
- Restart Visere Captura and say OK to wanting to register the software
- Go back to your registration dialog box and click "Choose license file ..."
- Select "tutum.lic" license file from the saved location and click OK.
- The license file should now be imported.
- Restart Visere Captura for the license to take effect.
